Publication in Best of Today’s Interior Design
Our partner Diane Paparo Associates creates beautiful spaces and we are not the only ones who think that, according to Tina Skinner, writer of the new released book “Best of Today’s Interior Design, Diane Paparo is considered one of the best, that’s why some of her work was chosen from a flood of designers to be part of this great publication.

We had three spaces published, a kitchen “A Cubist approach to kitchen desigh adds texture and symmetry to this gleaming kitchen. Black and white further enhances the space, emphasizing the ceiling height and allowing the cool bar stools to really stand out”

The Strong Buzz & DPA!
Foodie Andrea Strong mentioned Diane Paparo Associates in her popular food blog, The Strong Buzz. Strong, who took the time to visit Braeburn Restaurant, made some lovely comments on the décor by DPA:
The restaurant was designed by Diane Paparo Associates and it feels intimate and warm with a palate of earth tones. In the front room you’ll find a polished concrete bar and light walnut wood floors, while the dining room is marked by alder wood branches, rich chocolate brown banquettes and mesquite-tiled tables. A hand-painted mural of Bistrong’s apple orchard and family farm in East Haddam, Connecticut is the room’s visual anchor.
We appreciate the kind words towards our sister company and encourage you to check out Braeburn as soon as possible – we’re dying to try the seared shrimp-crusted codfish Strong mentions in her piece!

DPA on Gobbl Feed
DPS would like to thank Gobbl Feed for the mention of our sister company, Diane Paparo Associates. Gobbl Feed named Braeburn Restaurant, which was designed by DPA as one of the new fall restaurants to look out for. You may remember, Braeburn was also featured in a DailyCandy.com e-news blast.
Thanks for the mention, Gobbl!

DP Studio and DPA at home
Diane Paparo has spent many of her years designing for her firm Diane Paparo Associates. She created Diane Paparo Studio “out of necessity”. Diane’s high-end clients were on the search for something different, something custom, something unique from their furniture, linens and rug choices, and thus, dp studio was born. dp studio is lucky in a sense, because as DPA clients continue to work on their homes, they often turn to dp studio products for a special touch.
One of Diane’s most recent projects purchased several great pieces, including the Skyline Bar Chair, the Otto Table, and the Wave Tiles. With help from Diane, they created a comfortable balance in the home through shades of yellow and brown, cream lacquers and maple wood. The addition of Wave Tiles employed as a back splash in the wet bar helped create depth through bouncing light, casting shadows, and echoing the shape of the sink.
