We’ve come across some very good news for our partners at Diane Paparo Associates! For about a year, Diane has been working on designing Braeburn Restaurant in New York City’s west village. After finally receiving the go ahead, Braeburn opened it’s doors on October 16, 2008 and was immediately reviewed by our favorite social thermometer, DailyCandy. We were thrilled at this discovery as we have nothing but nice things to say about owners Brian and John-Paul. As for the food, Diane and Kathie went to Braeburn for dinner recently and said their meals and the service went above and beyond the high standards set by DailyCandy. So we can confidently guarantee that you’ll receive only the best in this brand new American bistro.
